suddenly you do

Updated: May 8, 2020

Here’s a thought.

What if your biggest frustration, “no time” ~ no time to be with your family; no time to relax; no time to do what you want; no time to hold people close, because there's not enough of it and it just keeps slipping away ~ was taken off the table.

And instead of not having enough time, you suddenly do.

Have time. Real time ~

  • time to be, play, and eat with your family

  • time to rest or read that book you’re saving ‘til summer

  • time to do something fun for you like knit, write, learn a language, do a puzzle, or work on your dirtbike (just for you honey)

  • time to hold those babies close or those parents near

What would you think?

Right now, suddenly, lots of us are being given “time” to slow down and pay attention to what’s important.

This may be the hardest work you do. Showing up when there's no where to go. Facing who you are without everything you do, to not look at it. But I assure you. You are beautiful. You are strong. You are loved. Now show up that way. In a quality way. To yourself and the people around you.

And even though this is scary and lonely, you are not alone. We, and seriously this may be the only time I can really say "the world", will get through this, together.

Use this time. Time that we've been so hungry for, to take a breather and be with what's important to you.

Use this time, time that we've been so hungry for, to take a breather and be with what's important to you.

Take what you need and leave the rest. xo

Love and blessings,

Laurie-Ell

ps ~ Reach out. Find a way to connect with someone to let them know you're thinking of them now.
